paulneilmusic.com is the personal site of Paul Neil (Paul Neil Music). It presents his music, performance work and teaching, and lets you get in touch. It's offered as is, and may change or go offline without notice.

Submitting the booking form is a request for a quote, not a contract. A booking is confirmed only when both sides have agreed in writing to the date, lineup, fee and deposit. Those written terms, including any cancellation and refund conditions, govern each engagement.

Tips sent through the tip jar are voluntary gifts, processed by Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Stripe under their terms. They aren't payments for goods or services and aren't refundable through this site.

The music, recordings, photographs, text and design on this site belong to Paul Neil or are used with permission. You may share links to the site freely. Material on the EPK page may be used to promote a confirmed appearance or a story about Paul Neil, with credits kept intact. Any other reproduction needs written permission.

Streaming, video, social and payment links lead to services Paul doesn't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Don't use the forms to send spam, abuse or anything unlawful, and don't try to disrupt the site or access parts of it that aren't public.

To the extent the law allows, Paul Neil isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
